RZ-Clean-Seal employs a scientific approach to kitchen extract maintenance that enhances system performance and safety. By applying RZ-Ecoseal®, a protective coating, to the internal surfaces of the ductwork, the system becomes 100% airtight.
Beyond performance improvements, RZ-Clean-Seal also significantly reduces the fire risks associated with grease build-up. The sealing process prevents residual grease from carbonising, lowering the potential for ignition and fire hazards.
The Key Figures
A 1.5 mm layer of RZ-Ecoseal is applied to the inner surface of the ductwork, creating a barrier that prevents grease from adhering to the metal and hardening on the surface.
